Client Consultant

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets of IT hardware, software, and services
  • Conduct sales calls and coordinate with IBM Client Representatives, when appropriate
  • Provide leadership, develop, and recommend a solution in response to the end-user needs
  • Develop, maintain, and manage end-user relationships at functional and executive levels throughout the organization
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform account planning to ensure appropriate coverage in your chosen marketplace
  • Work collaboratively with key business partners to generate leads with new and competitive accounts

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
  • A proven track record in services, IT hardware, and software
  • At least 5 years of sales experience
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently and highly self motivated with strong analytical skills, numerical aptitude, and negotiation skills

Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive account management to a portfolio of key Government and/or Commercial accounts
  • Experience in selling a range of HP Enterprise products and services
  • Network (firewall, switch) sales experience preferred
  • Plan and attend regular update meetings with the accounts
  • Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolio
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the promptness and customer satisfaction with respect to the delivery of goods or technical support
  • Manage external and internal expectations for the account
  • Develop new relationships with potential clients
  • Manage and organize successful attendance at relevant trade shows and events in order to gather new leads
  • Contribute on a regular basis to internal and external marketing communications

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of related professional experience
  • Our ideal candidate will be creative and a problem solver with the ability and experience to understand customer needs and to deliver innovative solutions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive account management to a portfolio of key Government and/or Commercial accounts
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Plan and attend regular update meetings with the accounts
  • Manage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolio
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the promptness and customer satisfaction with respect to the delivery of goods or technical support
  • Manage external and internal expectations on the account
  • Develop new relationships with potential clients
  • Manage and organize successful attendance at relevant trade shows and events in order to gather new leads

  • Responding to tender as well as requests for information in a timely manner
  • History of success in ECM, BPM, Portal, BI solutions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience with demonstrated success in software solution/services sales

Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the corporate sales team
  • Ability to offer a solution to corporate customers
  • Manage multi-vendor XYZ to meet customer requirements
  • Effectively using the sales reporting tools to monitor and track performance
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product trainings, and trade shows
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations
  • Assisting in contract negotiations
  • Developing positive relationships with other employees in Engineering, Sales Support, Global Services, Finance, Marketing, and other departments as needed
  • Making and delivering solution oriented presentations as well as product demonstrations as needed

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Candidate with PMP / ITIL certification will be preferred
  • At least 4 to 6 years of work experience in a related field of Telco / Service provider
  • Preferably specializing in corporate customers or equivalent
  • Meticulous and thorough with a keen eye for details

Network Consultant

Primary Responsibility:

  • Knowing current terminology and standards used in both local area networks and wide area networks
  • Helping to plan, design, and implement the customer’s computer networks
  • Recommending various network layouts, configurations, and appropriate connection devices
  • Configuring, Installing, and troubleshooting network equipment's (Firewalls, router, switch, WLAN controllers)
  • Troubleshooting and administering a network setup by resolving and documenting network problems
  • Supporting existing networks and troubleshooting problems as they occur
  • Identifying common computer network problems and rectifying them
  • Designing and implementing disaster recovery plans for varying situations if the network fails
  • Implementation and/or troubleshooting of networking products at times when appropriate engineer is not free

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines with over 5-6 years in IT industries
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Good knowledge of firewall, switch, and other networking and security products
  • CCNA/CCNP certification is an added advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must have 3-5 years experience in network consultancy
